Educational Exchange 101

  • The Educational Exchange brings a common perspective to professionals and advocates providing Mental Health, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and Addictive Diseases services in Georgia.
  • Among the ~250 participating are: CSB Board Members, CEOs, CCOs, CFOs, CIOs, COOs, Medical Directors, HR Directors, clinical practitioners, as well as other stakeholders.
  • Exhibit space is limited and will be offered based on sponsorship level, then first-come basis. Any available information on sponsorship opportunities and pricing will be listed furthest above.

  • A vendor's registered participant(s) are welcome to join any sessions, meals/breaks, and sign-up for CEUs/CMEs.
  • Unless noted otherwise within our sponsorship opportunities document, a single (6 feet wide X 3 feet deep X ~30 inches tall) table with two chairs will be provided for each vendor.
    • Tent cards will be placed on the tables for each company's convenience and easy identification.
    • Table cloth and skirt colors are at the venue's discretion, but currently are expected to be white.

  • All boxes will be brought to the Exhibit Hall and placed at your booth on Sunday.
    • If you addressed the package(s) with just your name, and not with GACSB, you will need to pick up your boxes at the front desk.
  • Vendors who opted to not ship items may utilize any of the 3 front entrances, which all have ramps should you have things on carts.
  • Please note the venue no longer has hard-wired internet. They are 100% wireless.
  • A current attendee listing will be distributed via e-mail to registered vendors at approximately one month and one week prior to the event. The final listing will be distributed a few weeks following event's conclusion.
  • Throughout the Exchange, drawings are made for attendees to receive door prizes. We welcome your company to bring any promotional prizes you wish to donate to the raffle. Simply drop off your donations at the GACSB registration/information desk.
  • Vendors are asked to have their booth/table broken-down by 2:00 p.m. on the final day of the conference. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PACKAGES TO THE FRONT DESK. Simply leave outbound items (packaged and labeled) on/beside your booth for carrier pick-up.
  • Booth/table selections are based on participation level as well as time of electronic registration completion date. Selection of conference sponsor’s on-site benefits will be offered based on participation level as well as time of electronic registration completion. Please expect an email from Lyly Trinh in late September for you to make available selections.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

To assure consistency the following is applicable to the “Educational Exchange”:

  • All event cancellations must be made in writing to 3150 Golf Ridge Boulevard, Suite 202, Douglasville, GA 30135. Email is acceptable and should be made to the attention of Lyly Trinh at [email protected]
  • Refunds will be granted up to 30 days prior to the start of the Exchange but will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received less than 30 days before the program will not receive a refund.
  • Vendors agree that should they fail to attend the conference, their organization automatically forfeits sponsorship/registration fees. For those whose fees have not been received prior to the event, the GACSB will submit an invoice to the organization.
