2023 GACSB Business Partners Costume Party

Monday October 30th, 2023 8-10PM

 

We are pleased to announce an additional networking opportunity that will be added to our agenda this year at the 
GACSB 25th Annual Leadership Conference.

On October 30th GACSB will host a Business Partner Costume Party in the Grand Ballroom Foyer at Legacy Lodge from 8PM - 10PM. Partners will be given the opportunity to purchase tickets to the Networking Costume Party that can be handed out to attendees as your personal invite for attendees to be your guest at the party.


At this Networking Event attendees will use tickets in the following ways:
  • One ticket will be needed for entry into the event.
  • One ticket will be needed for entry into the costume contest.
  • One ticket will be needed for each alcoholic/non-alcoholic "trick or treat" beverage.
GACSB Business Partners can use this special event as a chance to:
  • Engage attendees at any time prior to and during the costume party,
  • Network for two additional hours during the event,
  • Share your contact information which will be printed on each ticket and then kept by the attendee,
  • Sponsor the prize for best costume, runner-up, and honorable mention.
Tickets are limited and will be offered for $25.00 each on a first come, first served basis. You must be registered as a Business Partner prior to purchasing the networking party tickets.
This is an exclusive networking event for only those partners that purchase tickets to this event. 
Each attending partner that purchased tickets will be provided a complimentary ticket(s) for their entry into the event and can purchase beverages for cash. 
Purchased tickets will be printed to include the Partner's logo, website, and a place to personalize the card with their contact information.

Any tickets purchased will be given to partners at registration in your conference packet and then you can use them to hand out and network all day Sunday and Monday, even during the party. 
We are excited to offer this opportunity and strongly encourage Partners to plan to dress the part as well in their favorite costume attire. Partners are not eligible to win door prizes at this event.
