Revenue Cycle Process Improvement Committee
The Revenue Cycle Process Improvement Committee is charged with the responsibility of determining the best approaches to transitional issues; to improve staff readiness for moving to private practice model; to monitor and improve cash flow and claims turnaround time; to monitor and help improve "help desk" and payer liaison activities.
