Benchmarking & Cost Control Committee
The Benchmarking and Cost Control Committee is charged with the responsibility of identifying best practices; to identify and propose comparative performance metrics among the member agencies of the Association and between Community Service Boards and other provider organizations; to standardize productivity tracking and propose sets of appropriate targets; and explore related issues.
